In order to adapt to the needs of intelligent substation and the smart grid development,it's necessary to integrat data that monitored by equipment into intelligent substation system based on IEC61850.It can perfection the intelligent integrated components composed by the communication unit,the measurement unit,the control unit,the protection unit,the metering unit and the monitoring unit.Although the technology of electronic transformer with new principle has matured,the intelligent of equipment is still in its infancy.At present,digital transmission between equipment and layer devices is realized by intelligent terminal and GOOSE network.We have not do much renovation to equipment in digital and intelligent and far from the goal of intelligent primary equipment.Each device features a single and uses distributed configuration.It causes the problem of too many devices,too many cable and difficult to maintainThis paper provides full standardization,digital devices information for the upper-layer devices of intelligent substation with the help of smart components and network communication platform to achieve the functional of digital network controlling,real-time status monitoring and integrated intelligent alarm.It provides the basic data source for the whole intelligent substation.Firstly,This paper studied the technology of SOPC based on ARM including HPS desiging,HPS and FPGA high-speed internet method and routing signal pins.It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of SOPC.And then,this paper presents the general development process of SOPC,including the process of hardware development,the process of software development and the start process of SOPC.Finally,this paper analyzes the advantages and prospects of the technology of SOPC,and compares the differences between traditional method and SOPC method in PCB complexity,costs and resources.It describes the terminal applications based on the SOPC technology.
