With the development of the technology of embedded micro control and field bus,the process controal of modem train has developed from concentrated direct digital control system to distributed control system which based on network.MVB which is based upon contributed control is part of IEC61375-1 (1999) TCN, together with WTB has strong time-critical characteristic and high reliability.After an in-depth study of MVB bottom communication protocol,the MVB Bus-Aeeess-IP core was designed and the Nios II soft-core processor was implanted into FPGA as the major circuit.With the assistance of Avalon bus,the MVB interface card was designed by integrating the Bus-Aeeess-IP core and the programmable logic resources in FPGA under the SOPC environment.Based on the comparison of domestic and international train communication network technology, the paper leads to the problem that to be solved.Then in chapter II and III conducted in-depth study of the communication mechanism and data error control technology.Chapter IV and V make a overall design of MVBC; and also the internal modules of MVBC.The last chapter is sum up of the paper.MVB has the foreground of wide application by the trend of modern development of train and vehicle and the requirement of reliability, safety,time-critical.The design cycle of MVB interface card was reduced by this design and has great market value and technology value.
