Electro-hydraulic servo system not only combines the advantages of electric andhydraulic pressure, but also with the advantages of precise control, fast response, largeoutput power, high sensitivity of signal, feedback regulation conveniently and so on. Onthe manufacturing equipment control occasion of the large load and the quick response,the applications of hydraulic servo system are the best choice. But the fault ofElectro-hydraulic servo system has the nature of complex, occultation and compound. Ifthe system fails, not only causes the damage of equipment, reduces the outputs of theproducts, but also may endanger personal safety, environmental pollution, will cause greateconomic losses, therefore, it is very necessary to research the fault analysis problems ofthe Electro-hydraulic servo system. For a specific object, the paper combines with therelevant scientific research needs, being based on the analysis of electro-hydraulic servosystem fault diagnosis technology?in the basis of existing, starting from the systemprinciples, the establishment of electro-hydraulic servo system model on AMESim, theimplementation of fault simulation, obtains fault characteristic curves of the system. Thispaper mainly completed the following study.?1?Providing an overview of the basic working principles?characteristics anddevelopment trends of the hydraulic servo system. To explain nonlinear characteristics ofelectro-hydraulic servo control technology, the typical fault mechanism and the faultmechanism analysis of electro-hydraulic servo system.?2?Introducing the methods of modeling and simulation in hydraulic system,functional characteristics of the simulation software AMESim and its applications in thehydraulic system. This paper describes modeling of the hydraulic system on AMESim andthe basic structure of hydraulic servo valve, on this basis, focusing on the establishment ofsimulation model of two stages nozzle flapper servo valve on AMESim, simulation tocalculate the dynamic characteristics simulation curves of two stages servo valve, throughthe analysis?the simulation curves accord with the static and dynamic characteristics ofthe valve under the normal state. Based on the simulation model of the servo valve, themodel of valve controlled electro-hydraulic position servo system has been completed onAMESim.?3?Describing the methods of the relevant hydraulic fault diagnosis, to conduct acomprehensive analysis of the factors of the relevant fault in hydraulic system and faultdiagnosis technology in electric hydraulic servo system. The simulation to calculate the fault of two stages nozzle flapper servo valve and valve controlled electro-hydraulicposition servo system with the use of AMESim, conducting the analysis of the faultcharacteristic curves.?4?Making the use of laboratory equipments to test the fault of servo system'scomponents, comparative analysis of simulation results and experimental results, andfinally, the simulation results show that this project conducted the fault simulationresearch of electro-hydraulic servo system based on AMESim has certain rationality andapplication reference value.
