| At present,the construction of domestic urban rail transit project is in a period of rapid development,and the mileage under construction reaches 6246.3 km.Urban rail transit projects are mostly underground projects,with complex operating conditions and environment,and difficult construction.In recent years,safety accidents such as foundation pit collapse and tunnel collapse keep emerging,and the safety situation of engineering construction is not optimistic.In order to improve the safety guarantee of subway construction,various subway enterprises have been carrying out the dual preventive mechanism of subway construction safety in succession,but there are still some problems such as inaccurate classification of safety risks,large subjectivity and imperfect system of hidden trouble detection and treatment,and so on.In particular,the lack of quantitative evaluation of the implementation of the dual preventive mechanism of subway construction is not conducive to timely and accurate detection of the shortcomings of site safety management,and can not help to effectively promote the site safety management.This paper takes Guangzhou subway construction as an example,through unifying and refining the safety risk classification standard,perfecting the hidden trouble detection and treatment system,and studying and discussing the quantitative evaluation of the safety double preventive mechanism,This paper provides an important reference for the standardization and refinement of safety management in Guangzhou metro construction,the improvement of site safety condition and the promotion of safety management.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows.First,investigate the current situation of subway construction safety management at home and abroad,and find out the existing problems.In the process of construction of subway,the work of safety double preventive mechanism has been carried out in different degrees,but there are some common problems of safety dual preventive mechanism which are not perfect enough and lack of quantitative evaluation.Secondly,taking Guangzhou Subway Construction as an example,the grading method is determined through R = P x C grading method,the safety risk grading standard is refined,and the safety risk grading control is improved.The hidden trouble classification and classification,hidden trouble coding,hidden trouble description,troubleshooting and treatment procedures were clarified and standardized,and the hidden trouble troubleshooting and treatment system was improved through the experience summary method.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method are used to set up a set of quantitative evaluation model of safety double preventive mechanism for Guangzhou Metro,and take the safety management of two branches of Guangzhou Metro Line M as an example.The quantitative evaluation of safety dual preventive mechanism is carried out,and the validity and applicability of the quantitative evaluation model are verified successfully.Through this study,guangzhou metro construction safety double prevention mechanism is improved,and the quantitative evaluation is realized,which plays a good role in promoting the implementation of the safety double prevention mechanism and improving the site safety management. |
