Study On Identification And Value Evaluation Of Architectural Heritage Of Wenquan Town In Conghua,Guangzhou

Guangzhou Conghua Hot Spring Town has carried out many developments and utilization of tourism in history because of its unique rare hot spring resources,leaving many buildings with different historical features and different styles.However,with the changes of the times,the historical information of many buildings has long been lost,and the building itself has been destroyed and destroyed.In recent years,with the urban renewal and development of Conghua Hot Springs,people’s attention to local history and culture has continued to heat up,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the revitalization of Conghua Hot Springs architectural heritage.This study attempts to analyze the formation background of different styles of Conghua Hot Springs through the combing of historical data and the analysis of existing buildings,summarizing their respective characteristics and values,summarizing and proposing a list of different levels of architectural heritage for further building protection and reuse.Provide the basis.In the research process,this paper adopts the research perspective of architectural typology and urban morphology.From the three dimensions of space-time-builder,the three-level classification of functional forms,historical stages and architectural property rights of existing buildings is used to construct the architectural pedigree of Conghua Hot Spring.Then analyze each type of building feature and value.In addition,the research also analyzes the value connotation of Conghua Hot Spring Architecture,and based on this,quantitatively evaluates the old buildings of Conghua Hot Spring.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research objects and significance,as well as the overall research ideas and framework.The second chapter introduces in detail the definition of the concept of architectural heritage,as well as a summary of related research and inspiration for this research.The third to the fifth chapter are the core chapters.The third chapter reorganizes the historical history of the construction of Conghua Hot Springs based on the existing historical archives and proposes the construction cycle and driving force behind the Conghua Hot Springs.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter.The conclusions propose a two-dimensional pedigree of architectural function and architectural age and divide the existing buildings of Conghua Hot Spring into four categories: residential,recuperation,commercial and public,and carry out detailed feature analysis and value summary for various buildings;Chapter 5 The value classification evaluation of the Conghua Hot Spring Building was carried out and a list of recommended hot spring building heritage was proposed based on the evaluation results.The conclusion summarizes the characteristics and formation reasons of various types of buildings in Conghua Hot Spring and reveals their value.
