Research On Industrial Architecture Heritage Value Evaluation Of Han-steel Based On Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

As an important part of industrial heritage,industrial architecture heritage is one of the important objects of cultural heritage protection.Today,with the city demanding transformation and high-quality economic development,a large number of old industrial buildings have been destroyed and demolished,including some industrial architecture heritages with historical,cultural and social values.In order to avoid such indiscriminate damage behavior,according to the specific conditions of different cities,an accurate,reasonable and effective value evaluation system should be established.According to local conditions and comprehensive value assessment,the existing industrial architecture heritage with unique value should be evaluated comprehensively to provide reference for formulating strategies of protection and reuse in the future.As a traditional large-scale resource-based industrial city,Handan has a large number of industrial building heritage.Among them,the old steel industrial buildings as the most distinctive part of Handan industrial heritage,its value needs to be recognized urgently.This paper takes "basic investigation ? theoretical analysis ? value system evaluation ? protection and reuse strategy" as the main clue,and conducts a value evaluation study on the steel industry architecture heritage of Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Han-Steel),the largest in Handan City.Based on the historical evolution of Han-Steel's industrial development and the present situation of Han-Steel's industrial architecture heritage,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method.Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper tries to build a value evaluation system which is scientific and objective to evaluate the existing industrial architecture heritage of Han-Steel and puts forward suggestions and strategies for the protection and reuse of the industrial architecture heritage of Han-Steel.It is a useful exploration for the value evaluation,protection and renewal of industrial architecture heritage.
