| With the continuous advancement of industrialization and greening of construction,prefabricated buildings,as a green and sustainable construction method,shouldering the important mission of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.At present,the production management of prefabricated components largely depends on the experience,which resulting unreasonable scheduling in the production of prefabricated components,low production efficiency,high cost and other problems,seriously affecting the application and promotion of prefabricated building.Therefore,scientific and reasonable management of the production process of prefabricated components is of great significance to the development of prefabricated buildings.The paper firstly analyzes and studies the production process of prefabricated components,identifies the whole prefabricated component production process,and classifies each process according to the characteristics of production continuity.In addition,the research considers the resource constraints of production lines,labor and molds in the actual production process.Based on the traditional flow shop scheduling model,the prefabricated components production scheduling model with the object of minimum production time and penalty cost is established.Then a novel meta heuristic algorithm,Symbiotic Organisms Search(SOS),is used to solve the model to optimize the production planning and resource allocation of the prefabricated components production model to achieving the purpose of reducing costs and improving production efficiency.In order to guarantee the performance of the algorithm in solving the production scheduling problem of prefabricated components,an improved SOS algorithm is proposed.In the initialization phase,the Nawaz-Enscore-Ham(NEH)heuristic is combined to improve the quality of the initial population.In the optimization process,the exchange mutation is introduced to improve the diversity of the scheduling scheme.The insertion-reverse zone increases the ability of the algorithm to jump out of the local optimum,and the local search strategy enhances the global exploration ability of the algorithm,effectively avoids the shortcomings ofSOS algorithm,such as easy precocity,low search efficiency,and easy to fall into local optimum.And based on the improved SOS algorithm,a multi-objective SOS algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-objective prefabricated component production scheduling optimization problem.Finally,through researching a prefabricated housing project in fujian province on the production process,and collecting production data for an example analysis.The production scheduling model of prefabricated components is simulated by Matlab.The practical results show that the improved SOS algorithm can provide an effective solution for the production scheduling model of prefabricated components with the optimization objectives of production completion time and penalty cost under the actual production environment.It provides a new solution for the proper management and scientific scheduling of the prefabricated components. |
