| Nowadays,the environmental issue created by rapid development have become progressively outstanding.And the concept of sustainable development has already been in the central of the public eye.As a result,many industries are faced with structural transformation and upgrading.For the outmoded construction industry,one of the advantageous orientations to realize it is industrialization,furthermore prefabricated buildings with sustainable development potential play a vital part in this revolution.As the basic unit of prefabricated building,PC components vastly influence the final buildings’quality,period and cost.However,because of the behindhand start and zigzag development of prefabricated building in China,there are still many problems to be solved in the production scheduling process of PC components,such as unreasonable production plan,low production efficiency,low order profit,low degree of standardization and uncertainty.Based on that mentioned above,this thesis studies the optimization of PC component production scheduling,from the order situation,process flow and resource constraints of PC component production,establishes the optimization objectives of profit maximization,timely delivery,reducing the harm of uncertain events and saving man hours.At present,the researches on production scheduling of PC component mainly concentrate on process technology,complex problem solving,algorithm optimization and so on.The optimization objectives of those researches are mostly about production time and production cost,while in actual production,the research on profit and uncertain event handling is relatively less.Hence,this thesis brings in the constraint theory which is used widely in the manufacturing industry and characterized by profitability optimization,precontrol and sustainability.Then,this paper takes a PC component manufacturing enterprise in Southwest China as an example.After field research and online and offline interviews,the order situation,process flow and resource constraints are carefully sorted out.The production data is obtained from three standard level orders in a certain period,and is brought into the phased production scheduling model.Finally,after optimizing the production scheduling based on the constraint theory,it will bring an additional profit of 5708.76 yuan,12.064m~3 output and reduce the waiting time of 30 minutes for the enterprise in the case of the order,and feed back the current system constraints to the production managers through the five-step method,so as to provide the direction of lifting the current constraints and sustainable improving the PC component production line.The results of this thesis can give managers of PC component manufacturing enterprises with a phased production scheduling optimization scheme based on order,and a set of methods to continuously promote the efficiency of the system.By identifying and making full use of system constraints,managers can maximize system productivity and effective output.At the same time,TOC and its methods used in this paper can also give a guiding way for the follow-up research of PC component production scheduling. |
