In recent years,construction industry has developed rapidly in China,the construction methods have also gradually changed,and the traditional cast-in-place construction method cannot meet the development requirements of the economy and greening of today's construction industry.As a result,emerging prefabricated constructions have been vigorously promoted because of their advantages in terms of construction cost and efficiency,and the precast concrete component manufacturing industry has also developed rapidly.However,the problems existing in the management of precast concrete components production companies were also gradually emerged in the process of its rapid development and became an important factor hindering their development.Information technology is an important technology in the process of industrialization development,this thesis will focus on the implementation scheme and the key technology of information management of the precast concrete component.Solving the problems of low efficiency and high cost due to low management level in the production process of precast concrete components through informationization is of great significance to promoting the industrialization of the construction industry.Firstly,according to the characteristics of production business process and technics flow of precast concrete component,and combined with the present situation of precast concrete components production companies,this thesis analyzed the demand of information management of the precast concrete component production process.On this basis,the functional structure of precast concrete component production process management system was designed and the functional scheme and operation process of the function module has been studied,which laid the foundation for key technology and system implementation research.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the production process data of precast concrete components cannot be accurately acquired and the production cannot be effectively monitored,a data acquisition hardware configuration scheme for the production process of precast concrete components based on radio frequency identification(RFID)is proposed.Combined with the data collected by three data acquisition schemes of RFID technology,intelligent terminal and automation equipment,a mould-table position and component production process state information acquisition model and process based on real-time information-driven are studied,which achieved the real-time monitoring of the production process.Thirdly,on the basis of improving the division of the storage yard in a precast concrete components production company in Jinan and analyzing the component transport process of the warehouse,this thesis proposed the model of precast concrete components storage yard location assignment,designed the automatic assignment algorithm based on improved genetic algorithm to get the better solution to the location assignment problem,thus achieved the automatic assignment of the location of the precast concrete components storage yard.Finally,based on the design of functional schemes and the research of key technologies,this thesis designed the system software,hardware architecture,and data structure.Based on MyEclipse and Android Studio platform,the prototype system of precast concrete component production process management system was developed.Through the application of a precast concrete component production companies in Jinan,the aims of effective management of the precast concrete components production process have been achieved,and the production efficiency has been improved.
