In the process of the continuous development of market economy in China,the demand of customers is also changing towards low cost,high quality,diversification and high efficiency.In the process of product manufacturing,because of the excessive market competition,the cost of raw materials,labor and transportation logistics is increasing.Customer requirements and cost increase,coupled with fierce market competition,make the efficiency of processing enterprises in China is getting lower and lower,and it is difficult to maintain development in the market.In order to maintain a good development situation in the market competition,manufacturing enterprises must carry out transformation.By combining their own conditions and technological environment,they can continuously optimize and upgrade the production management mode to achieve the goal of improving product quality and reducing product costs.Although China is a big country in the global engineering machinery manufacturing industry,there is still a big gap between China's engineering machinery manufacturing industry and some international construction machinery manufacturing countries,such as the United States,Japan,Germany and so on.For example,there are many problems in mechanical manufacturing industry,such as large inventory,low level of industrial structure,low quality and benefit,and high consumption of resources.And if the mechanical manufacturing enterprises implement lean management,they can solve the above problems very well,and it is also one of the most important measures to realize the transformation,upgrading and development of the machinery manufacturing industry.At the same time,it can also change the mechanical manufacturing industry of our country to adopt extensive development mode all the time,and achieve the allocation of resources.In order to meet the needs of market competition rapidly and promote the healthy development of machinery manufacturing industry in our country,the aim of lean operation can be realized by optimizing and realizing the aim of lean operation in order to meet the needs of market competition rapidly.This paper adopts three methods of literature research,case analysis and field investigation,taking the case of Fujian A Company as the object of study,according to the national conditions of our country,the present situation of Fujian A Company's management and the related theory of lean production management.This paper focuses on the process of implementing lean production management mode in Fujian A Company,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons in detail.It is concluded that the deficiencies in lean production management in Fujian A Company are mainly reflected in the production process,product quality and logistics control.The shortcomings of these three aspects.In view of these shortcomings,the article thinks that it is possible to set the measurement datum,measure the working time of each working procedure,optimize the internal management,and draw up the corresponding improvement methods.In order to further improve the level of lean management in enterprise A,the improvement effect is tested and the path optimization of the implementation of the scheme is carried out to further improve the level of lean management.At the same time,the safeguard measures to implement lean management into practice are also put forward.
