The equipment manufacturing industry competition is the competition of comprehensive national power between countries. Therefore the development of the equipment manufacturing enterprises, improve the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness is the government vigorously promote the cause of our country at present. As the equipment manufacturing industry leading enterprises, the republic of the eldest son of the equipment manufacturing industry, how to adapt to the severe market environment, faced with the challenge of the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry, how to under the existing policy and technology advantages to improve management, eliminate the inefficient or invalid link, make the enterprise bigger and stronger, is the focus of our research.Good corporate management can make careful planning, before everything starts to complete the cohesion between the various processes, to achieve seamless docking, to eliminate unnecessary waste in the production process, and through the kanban management at any time supervision, regulation of the scene, to avoid unnecessary waste, make the enterprise in the production effect of at the same time, reduce production cost, improve the competition ability of enterprise. Hope that through our research results make the electricity management technology optimization, rapid growth for aircraft carriers in the equipment manufacturing industry in our country.As a enterprise managers can be preset or identify waste before production link, in its former effectively avoid or control the action to minimize or close to zero, is our research direction, in this article, we will be based on the theory of lean thinking, a flow related theory and theory of kanban management and other related technologies, with steam plant thermal power generator series products of the whole process as observation object, mainly studies the following contents:Use charts to the collected data were analyzed, from comparative understanding in the process of steam plant thermal power generator series products of value stream management, the existing technology present situation and we want to reach, found that can improve the link from the gap, to find hidden waste and inefficiency, a more reasonable and effective adjustment of production plan, the whole production process of thermal power generator series product analysis and assessment of the technological process and production line, to optimize and improve the waste in the process of links and activities, and make a new plan to produce the new production process, rely on the kanban management in the process to share information, make the production information transparency, under the unified information pull production schedule between each working procedure, realize the pull mode of production, reduce the process because of poor information, poor communication and other man-made can improve waste, avoid excessive production, reduce the occurrence of non-conforming product, in the first a tight plan calculation number production parts in various processes, formulate related forms, including all kinds of scale. Avoid excessive production, thus produce the waste phenomenon such as inventory and increase the logistics cost. In the form carefully detailed production plan and kanban management in the process of tuning of summary, prepare the kanban content of practical and effective by the operator to fill in, to make the production plan to carry out the daily, control the process effectively, make management personnel to the production operation situation at a glance, and can solve the problem in time, make the management technology constantly improve, at the same time in the stimulation effect of eliminating waste and boost production.
