With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the construction of water transportation has received more and more attention,and the construction of large-scale cross-sea bridges and offshore terminals has flourished.As the basic project of water transportation engineering,the quality of high pile foundation is very important to the superstructure.As a necessary guarantee of the quality of pile foundation engineering,the measurement work has become one of the important contents of the surveyor's research.Based on the work of production practice in which the author participates,this paper selects several typical cases of high pile engineering,and discusses the problems encountered in these cases from the perspective of the selection of measurement control system,internal calculation and construction sample laying.The problems such as no control system,serious deformation of projection,and insufficient accuracy of discharge are solved.Based on the construction of outfitting wharf of changshi group(zhoushan)large hull Co.,Ltd.,the establishment process of the expansion project control system is described,and the advance amount of caisson pile construction is estimated from the previous objective,and the precise positioning is improved.Based on the construction of berths 4 and 5 of the second phase of the Zhapu Port Area Project,how to solve the problem of how to rebuild the original coordinate system when it is seriously damaged is proposed,and how to establish an engineering coordinate system to solve the problem that the projection deformation far exceeds the norm.Hangzhou Bay Bridge VI section,far from the coastline,conventional measurement technology can not complete the corresponding measurement release work,and the GPS dynamic measurement accuracy can not meet the requirements of the release.Through study and exploration,the method of GPS positioning static positioning technology and the whole station instrument is used to complete the lofting work of Chengtai,and the accuracy meets the design requirements.Through these three typical engineering cases,this paper studies and discusses the pile foundation engineering from the aspects of the shape of the pile,the distance from the shore of the project,and the construction process.For the surveying and mapping industry colleagues in the future similar projects to provide some reference and reference.
