With the rapid development of automobile electronic and electric,it has become the core power of automobile product innovation and progress.At the same time,interior control has become more complex.The design of automotive electrical and electronic system has become a complex system engineering.The model-based development method adopts unified tools for design,which is convenient for variation management and makes the development of vehicle control system faster.The automotive electronic and electrical systems that conform to the AUTOSAR standard have very good portability,flexibility and reliability.Therefore,it is importantto study the development of pure electric vehicle control system based on model compliance with AUTOSAR.Based on the V-model and AUTOSAR,this paper studies and develops the three-electric control system of pure electric vehicle,the main work contents include the following aspects:Based on the analysis and research of the functional requirements and system design of the three-electric control system of pure electric vehicle,the requirements and interface design of the function,subsystem and component are carried out through the modeling and development tool Systemweaver,and the process of VCU software design according to Systemweaver tool is analyzed in detail.Using AUTOSAR standard development methodology and combining with VCU software specification,the VCU electronic control system is developed to meet the reusability,portability,flexibility and reliability of the software.The implementation method is through Matlab and Vector Davinci tools to complete the software specifications of the relevant hardware and software configuration,as well as the logical implementation of the requirements.Finally,using hardware to verify its communication and function in the ring HIL system,the correctness and reliability of the VCU are proved,and a set of development methods from architecture design,ECU hardware and software implementation to seamless link testing in the loop test is developed,and verified to verify its effectiveness.
