The automobile industry is taking the new energy vehicles as the carrier,and is advancing towards the direction of intelligence and networking.Contrary to the booming trend of new energy vehicle industry,the gap of new energy vehicle practitioners is increasing year by yea.Compared with traditional vehicles,new energy vehicles add new power batteries,drive motors and power electronic structures.This puts forward more stringent requirements for practitioners’ electrical and electronic ability,practical operation ability and sustainable development ability.In addition to the ability of traditional vehicle maintenance,new energy vehicle maintenance personnel also need to master electrical and electronic knowledge and practical ability.As the training base of practical talents,secondary vocational colleges are the "main force" of technical personnel training.Secondary vocational colleges shoulder the burden of talent output to ease the pressure of talent supply in new energy vehicle maintenance industry.As an important professional basic course,the course of automotive electrical and electronic technology for new energy vehicle maintenance major should follow the development of the industry and actively explore the curriculum reform,so as to lay a solid electrical foundation for the cultivation of high-quality new energy vehicle maintenance talents.The electrical knowledge and skills carried by the course of automotive electrical and electronic technology run through the major of new energy vehicle maintenance technology.Training teaching is an important link to improve the practical operation ability and innovation ability,and the selection of training project is particularly important.However,the existing training projects are out of touch with the new energy vehicle maintenance posts,and there are too many confirmatory training projects,which can not meet the needs of talents.Therefore,this study first uses the interview method,questionnaire survey method and literature method to investigate four types of objects: enterprises,teachers,students and curriculum.Through the investigation of students,teachers and the current situation of the course,we can understand the problems existing in the course and the work content of the enterprise.Secondly,the modular development idea is adopted to analyze the electrical ability based on the occupation of new energy vehicle maintenance post,design and develop practical training projects,and develop supporting teaching resources.Finally,using the designed training project,carry out the experimental implementation,summarize the student evaluation,combined with teachers’ practical reflection,constantly improve the training project.It is found that students’ learning interest and practical operation ability are significantly improved,which is of positive significance to the teaching reform of new energy vehicle major in secondary vocational schools.Finally,the author puts forward the shortcomings of the study and research prospects.
