With the rapid development of transportation industry,bridge engineering construction has entered a stage of rapid development.The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has been widely used for its simple structure and reasonable stress.At the same time,the construction method of continuous beam bridge has been greatly improved and developed,construction monitoring has been widely valued and improved.On the basis of combining the construction and monitoring of prestressed continuous beam Bridges and summarizing technology and monitoring of multi-span prestressed continuous beam Bridges at home and abroad and taking a bridge in jiaxing,zhejiang province as the engineering background,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research.This paper has completed the following main works:Firstly,it briefly introduces the development of continuous beam Bridges at home and abroad and the development of relevant prediction theories.Summarized the construction technology of multispan long prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and the significance of bridge construction monitoring.Secondly,according to the construction situation of continuous beam bridge,the cantilever beam construction of multi-span continuous beam bridge is introduced in detail,and the elevation setting of cantilever pouring is analyzed theoretically.Thirdly,according to the construction characteristics of cantilever pouring,the design and assembly of berley truss hanging basket is carried out for this bridge,and calculated and analyzed the construction of hanging basket.Fourthly,according to the characteristics of prestressed continuous beam bridge prestressed construction,explain the prestressed construction technology and related theoretical calculation content,and analyze the applicability of finite element models of different elements under the action of temperature load,and discuss the influence of shrinkage and creep parameter selection on its curve.Fifthly,outlined the purpose,principle and method of project construction monitoring of construction monitoring,put forward the concrete scheme of continuous beam bridge construction monitoring,and has carried on the comparative analysis of the monitoring data,illustrates that construction monitoring is key to guarantee bridge construction can meet the design condition,and adopt two kinds of mathematical model of the grey theory and BP neural network to forecast,and discuss the applicability of the two kinds of forecast methods.The Sixth is to conclude the research results of this paper,point out the existing deficiencies,and put forward improvement suggestions.
