The mix ratio is the key to the quality control of asphalt pavement construction.In the mix design and production process,if the target mix ratio design and production mix ratio design lacks connection,the production mix ratio and target mix ratio are often uncoordinated,and the mix production level The match with the target grade does not match,resulting in serious “flash” and “waiting” of the mixing equipment in the production process of the mixture,forcing the operator to adjust the equipment extensively.As a result,the grading of the mixture material greatly fluctuates,resulting in Serious segregation.In this paper,the following researches are carried out on the shortcomings in the mix design:The batch asphalt mixture mixing equipment is used as the carrier,and the production and target mix ratio are integrated design.According to the target mix ratio,the production mix ratio is directly generated by the stirring equipment,and the production mix ratio is matched with the target mix ratio,and the obtained production grade is obtained.Match the target gradation.Through the research on the integration ratio flow calibration technology,the method of determining the sample height of the material height and the calibration measurement parameters is obtained,and the engineering application is carried out to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the cold material flow calibration.Based on the traditional electronic belt scale,a new cantilever type batching belt scale is designed.This device can not only effectively avoid the influence of “belt effect”,but also realize the stable measurement of the instantaneous flow rate and accumulated weight of the cold material;it can be generated by Origin.The flow fluctuation error is analyzed to determine the length of the belt scale.The results show that under the conditions of the mean flow thickness of 0.15 m,the flow fluctuation amplitude is 0.02 m,and the belt balance speed is 0.5m/s.The design of the cantilever belt scale is 2m,and the measurement error is within 0.34%.Based on the visual programming platform Visual Studio 2013,the integrated design software was developed to realize the functions of target grading,cold material flow calibration,production mix design,etc.The production grading and target grading match were realized.The software is used to integrate the design ratio.The full-scale test was carried out through physical engineering to verify the integrationdesign method and software.The technology simplifies the production mix design procedure,improves the efficiency of equipment use,and makes the mixture production process more stable,which proves the effectiveness and practicability of the research results.
