Road Icy can make friction coefficient of road surface too low to seriously affect transportation security, which is a difficult problem for administrator. How to scientifically and effectively solve the problem become the focus of all circles. Therefore, to carry out salt asphalt mixture research is important to reduce the highway traffic safety. The mixing technology of salt asphalt mixture and the add device of saline content material delivery are studied in this paper.By using the principle of saline solution to reduce the freezing point,the melting ice suppression mechanism of saline content material is analyzed. Based on ice suppression mechanism of saline content material, combination of icy roads are divided into ice and separation of two kinds of structure forms, By establishing a layer under the action of traffic load structure, the mathematical model of bending tensile strain, the separation of the crushing mechanism of ice.the best coated asphalt mixing time and dispersive mixing time of slow-release anti- freezing material was ascertained through the establishment of a mathematical model of agitator mixing uniformity. According to the asphalt mixture of saline matter research of indoor mixing process, the results show that a window period during the mixing time of anti- freezing materials was existed. Using the similar principles, and combined with the saline content results of asphalt mixture indoor mixing process, the mixing station mixing salt compound mixing technology of asphalt mixture is determined.Through the analysis of the characteristics and layout of MARINI4000 type intermittent mixing plant, develop ing a electronic scale metering blower waft salinization add device. the structure of the equipment of mechanical part has carried on the selection and calculation. Studing the working principle of the weighing system and the selection of sensors, with the mixing station can realize linkage control.In this paper combined with salt asphalt pavement of national highway 210 ShuLinZhao to dongsheng in Inner Mongolia expressway project,researched the mixing,paving,rolling processes,and also tracked and testing the quality of salt asphalt pavement after construction,confirmed the good performance of sustained saline content of asphalt pavement and obvious effects of melting ice.
