Research On Performance Evaluation Of Jianghuai Automobile Based On Improved Dupont Analysis System

As the global economy becomes more interconnected,information disclosure is increasing,money is getting more profitable,competition between companies is getting fiercer.It is of great significance to evaluate the business performance comprehensively and objectively.The research on enterprise operating performance evaluation has always been a key research field of management accounting.Since the 1930 s,relevant research began to rise,performance evaluation methods have been in development and innovation.Wall scoring method,Eva method,Balanced scorecard method and Dupont analysis system appeared successively.Flourishing research because of the performance evaluation occupies an important position in the enterprise development,on the one hand,it can help enterprise find and correct problems in the management,on the other hand,it is advantageous to the enterprise to summarize daily business activities,provide effective advice and guidance for the next phase of development.It Is conducive to enterprises to raise the economic.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for enterprise managers to formulate a performance evaluation method that is truly suitable for enterprises according to the actual situation of enterprises.The research topic of this paper is business performance evaluation.Firstly,it discusses the relevant research background,research significance and literature review,compares the current mainstream business performance evaluation methods and find the advantages of Dupont analysis system.However,the traditional Dupont analysis system still has limitations.Therefore,this paper improves it from the four dimensions of increasing development capacity,payment capacity,cash flow information,and distinguishing business activities from financial activities.This paper takesJianghuai Automobile co.,ltd.as the research object,aiming at the defects of traditional Dupont analysis system in the evaluation of business performance and constructs a Dupont analysis system suitable for the evaluation of business performance of listed company,applied in Jianghuai Automobile co.,LTD.Finally,separating annual business performance evaluations of2014-2018,the traditional Dupont analysis system and the improved Dupont analysis system in Jianghuai Automobile co.,LTD.By comparing the analysis results,thus it is concluded that the improved Dupont analysis system can be more comprehensive and accurate reflect the current operating situation of the Jianghuai Automobile co.,LTD,thus verified the advantages of the improved Dupont analysis system and give some suggestions.In conclusion,this paper makes a comprehensive improvement of the Dupont analysis system,which aims to make the Dupont analysis system have better practical value,thus extend the Dupont analysis system into various fields.
