| Vehicles are an indispensable tool in human life.The number of private cars in China is also increasing day by day.The large amount of exhaust gas emitted by them has seriously polluted the environment.Pure electric vehicles do not generate exhaust gas,do not need to consume fuel,and are clean and energy efficient.According to the advantages of high power density and high efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper applies permanent magnet synchronous motor to the research of pure electric vehicle drive motor.The EKF intelligent control algorithm is applied to the motor drive control system of the vehicle,which makes the system have the characteristics of measurement noise and model error,and can reduce the measurement noise and random interference of the drive system,and highlight the better filter performance.At the same time,it can recover the original signal well,and it is simple and easy to digitize.Therefore,the research on the speed sensorless control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system of pure electric vehicle is carried out.This paper first introduces the development status of pure electric vehicles and motor motors,the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors and the reasons for choosing them as motors for pure electric vehicles.Then the structure and principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.It also talks about vector control related theory,including its basic principles and control methods,and the coordinate transformation theory used in vector systems.Secondly,it talks about Matlab simulation software and Simulink function inside,and uses software to model each module of the whole system,including permanent magnet synchronous motor inverter,SVPWM and other modules,and designs the PI controller.Then the principle of Kalman filter and the model and estimation method under various coordinate systems are analyzed.The permanent magnet synchronous motor based on EKF is modeled by Simulink of Matlab,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor at different speeds is simulated.Further simulation was performed.Finally,the chip of TMS320F28335 in DSP is used as the hardware core of the whole system.The hardware circuit is introduced from the aspects of drive control,signal processing,acquisition and conditioning,and the block diagram of the system program and its description,CPUTIMER0 timer interrupt program,The PWM interrupt program and SCI serial communication receive interrupt are introduced in four aspects.The realization of the software control module principle is completed.Finally,the research on the speed sensorless control of the pure electric motor permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system is completed. |
