In recent years,Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)with high efficiency,high power factor and high power density has become the focus of industrial applications,With the development of power electronics technology and speed sensorless vector control theory,the control of ac Motor becomes more and more efficient and stable.Nowadays,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in electric vehicles,CNC machine tools and aerospace fields.It is of great significance to study the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors to further promote the development of social productivity.In view of the complex system,low adaptability and high cost of mechanical speed sensor,this paper mainly studies a PMSM sensorless vector control system based on extended kalman filter.The details are as follows:Firstly,the research status of permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced,which shows that there are many kinds of PMSM speedless control methods.These methods have different performances in different stages of motor operation,some are suitable for high-speed operation of motor,and some are suitable for low-speed operation.Based on the analysis of PMSM structure,the mathematical model is established,and the coordinate derivation and transformation are carried out.Secondly,the establishment method of the simulation model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system is analyzed,including the double closed loop speed control system framework design,the parameter design of the current loop and the speed loop PI regulator,and studied the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on direct axis current zero rotor field oriented control strategy,The rotor field oriented control strategy and the generation mechanism and generation method of the space vector pulse width modulation waveform(SVPWM)under the control strategy.The simulation model of speed sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor under MATLAB/Simulink was established,and the simulation results were analyzed.Then,the principle of kalman filtering algorithm is given,the EKF model is deduced in detail analysis,The method of using EKF in discrete and continuous systems is introduced.The permanent magnet synchronization using extended Kalman filter as observer is given.The motor speed sensorless vector control model is simulated in MATLAB,and the simulation results are analyzed.The effectiveness and good follow-up performance of the EKF algorithm in the sensorless vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor are demonstrated.at the same time,under the condition of changing motor parameters,proves the EKF algorithm's robustness.Finally,with the TMS320F28335 model DSP chip as the core,the principle and implementation method of the control system software and hardware structure and main function modules are designed.The hardware part designs the control circuit and auxiliary circuit of the control system,the software part writes the main program of the system,the interrupt subroutine and the software implementation program of each part,and completes the debugging of the system on the experimental platform.
