After the Fukushima nuclear accident,higher standards in design and construction of China nuclear power plants are to be applied to secure mass construction of the plants under currnet national vow to conserve energy to fight against pollutions.Under premises of safe construction,effective cost control is becoming one of the focuses in nuclear power industry.As part of nuclear power plant engineering which determines technical standards,quality and cost,electrical systems plays a critical role in safe operation of the plants.Faster pace and more diversified devices of electrical technologies than other fields leave much space in optimization of electrical system engineering.Based on features of value engineering,principle and objective of electrical engineering in nuclear power plants,the thesis introduces application of value engineering in selection and optimization of electrical engineering in the plants.In the thesis,AHP is applied in index weight determination,and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used for functional score calcutlation in the selection process.Value coefficient method is introduced in optimization of electrical engineering,through which object for optimization is confirmed.After that,the thesis presents two cases,“the selection of 500 kV transmission line on high voltage side of main transformer of H nuclear power plant” and “the optimization of onsite power system in L nuclear power plant” to support the study.
