To reduce the cost of measurement system and minimize the interference in the long-range transmission of small signal,a new design scheme of an embedded micro-measurement system is proposed. In this paper,an embedded server of micro-measurement system is designed based on STM32,realizing the design, analysis and response of a command set, completing the communication with operation device and ADC-drive device and the pressure test for long-time running. The command set is referred to the command syntax of oscilloscope and meets the needs of the measurement objects.Meanwhile,it has the open part that can be developed in the future, making the system more flexible and expandable. In the consideration of stability and the management of the tasks and the on-chip memory,STM32 takes the task-mode in real-time operating system during the analyzing and responding of the command. The Wi-Fi and serial port of USART in STM32 are used for the communication of commands and responses between server and operation device. The FSMC(Flexible Static Memory Controller)in STM32 takes charge of the data transmission to SRAM,which can communicate with ADC-drive device to realize the load of measurement parameters and the read of measurement data. For the pressure test of server,we take a long-time auto-test program to send numbers of commands in circulation and get the responses, which aims to test survivability and stability of server and find the hidden problems in the design of server. The stability of server of micro-measurement system in long-time running is verified by the pressure test. The server can take its job in the micro-measurement system with the operation device and the ADC-drive device.
