Total organic carbon(Total,Organic Carbon TOC)is generally understood as dissolved organic matter and suspended organic carbon content in the water,hereinafter referred to as TOC.TOC can accurately and directly represent the total amount of organic matter,usually with mg/L or ?g/L as the unit.Total organic carbon analyzer was used for the determination of total organic carbon and its measuring principle is the aqueous solution total organic carbon oxidation to carbon dioxide,the carbon content of the corresponding relationship between carbon dioxide and total organic carbon,to measure that the organic carbon in water solution is determined by the determination of carbon dioxide contenting.It is a kind of metering chemical measurement instrument.In recent years,total organic carbon analyzers widely used in pharmaceutical,electronics,semiconductor,electric power industry,involving the new technologies of UV oxidation,direct conductivity detection and one gas-permeable membrane that selectively passes only the carbon dioxide,and the high constituents(mg/L)of total organic carbon analyzers have some bigger differences of the measurements,concentration ranges,accuracy,and other aspects of the technical indicators.JJG821-2005 "total organic carbon analyzer verification regulation" is the evaluation of the total organic carbon analyzer measurement performance,ensure the value of reliable,accurate,consistent and traceability of the direct basis.It is mainly used in the process of dry oxidation and wet oxidation of the high constituents(mg/L)of total organic carbon analyzers,mainly used in environmental,chemical and other fields.Current procedures and standard materials can not be applied to the pharmaceutical,electronic semiconductor industries,such as the low constituents(?g/L)of instrument calibration.This topic research is applicable to the pharmaceutical,electronics semiconductor,power industry and other fields,according to the technical performance of the low constituents(?g/L)of total organic carbon analyzer,including the principle of oxidation and detection methods,the establishment of calibration system.According to the working principle of the low constituents(?g/L)level with a total organic carbon analyzer,reference where the industry's technical requirements,the corresponding calibration program,formulate corresponding technical parameters,applicable calibration method of preparation,preparation and evaluation of corresponding standard substances.For each technical index of the calibration method,the applicability test is carried out.At the same time,it is analysis the calibration uncertainty for the indication error of the low contituents(?g/L)of total organic carbon analyzer.
