As the future development direction of the automobile industry,pure electric vehicles can effectively alleviate the energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution.Vehicle Control Unit(VCU),as the brain of pure electric vehicles,plays an important role in vehicle energy management,power control and vehicle safety.Therefore,a fully functional and stable test system is essential in the development and production of VCU.Aiming at the problems of single function of vehicle controller test system and low efficiency of test case generation,this thesis proposes a test scheme of vehicle controller function based on CAN bus,and improves the method of automatic test case generation.The test cases of the vehicle control strategy are generated automatically and the hardware functions of the vehicle controller are tested.Finally,an electric vehicle company's vehicle controller is taken as the test object to complete the functional verification of the whole system.The main work of this thesis are as follows:1.Analyzing the working principle of the vehicle controller and control strategy.Aiming at the low efficiency of test case generation at present,particle swarm optimization(pso)is adopted to optimize parameters,and dynamic weight is introduced into fitness evaluation function to improve the efficiency of automatic test case generation.Aiming at the problems of imperfect function and complex structure in the VCU test system,independently designed the test circuit board,simplified the test board card,and improved the function of the test system?2.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to automatically generate test cases of vehicle control strategy.The automatic flowchart of test cases based on path test is established,and the driving condition judgment strategy of vehicle is taken as an example,analyzing each driving mode,and then the executable test program is generated.Matlab simulation software is used to record the number of iterations and running time of the algorithm,and the coverage of test cases is counted.3.According to the functional requirements of the test system,make the overall design of the test system.Including the set up of upper computer interface,the design of test circuit board,writing the upper computer software and lower computer test software.The functions of configuration of control parameters,functional test of vehicle controller,verification of control strategy,monitoring of test process and output of test results are realized.Finally,built the test platform according to the overall design scheme of the vehicle controller test system.Execute 100 automatically generated test cases,each of which implements full coverage of the path under test.For the functional verification of the vehicle controller,the test system can also be completed within 10 s.Therefore,the system can test the function of the vehicle controller,and the test cases automatically generated can meet the test requirements.
