Lead screw linear ultrasonic motor is an important branch of ultrasonic motor.Its motion and power transmission are realized by thread pair.It has the characteristics of power-off self-locking,low speed,high precision and no electromagnetic interference.It is used in aerospace,intelligent robot and precision medical.Instruments,optical precision instruments and other fields have certain application value.presently,the lead screw linear ultrasonic motor generally has the disadvantages of small output force and unstable mechanical performance.In this paper,a threaded rod linear ultrasonic motor capable of applying preload is proposed,and an ultrasonic motor driven micro syringe pump is designed.The main work is as follows:The development history,characteristics and performance of threaded rod linear ultrasonic motor at home and abroad are summarized.In view of the current problem of small blockage thrust and application background,the research content of this topic is determined.The excitation mode of the threaded rod linear ultrasonic motor is verified,and the working principle of the piezoelectric ceramic piece to induce the bending vibration deformation of the elastic body is analyzed.The deformation analysis of the stator vibration is carried out by the theory and simulation analysis method,and the driving point of the stator end face is moved.Trajectory analysis,establish the equation of motion trajectory,and verify the motor operation mechanism.Based on the structural design principles,methods and application background of the threaded rod motor,the stator and a split type mover are designed.The mover is designed as a three-part part of the mover main shaft and the sleeve pre-pressure application part,so that the pre-pressure of the lead screw linear ultrasonic motor can be controlled,and the lead screw linear ultrasonic motor is prevented from being blocked due to the inability to apply the pre-pressure.Poor question.The prototype was designed and processed.The stator modal test was carried out on the prototype developed.Test the influence of pre-pressure on the mechanical output characteristics of the motor.The test shows that the pre-pressure application design increases the thrust of the threaded rod linear ultrasonic motor from 9N to 21 N.Finally,the prototype was applied to the design of micro-injection pump.A micro-injection pump prototype was designed and processed,and a bolus injection test was carried out.The test shows that the micro-injection pump driven by the threaded rod linear ultrasonic motor will have an injection resolution of millimeters.Upgraded to the micron level.
