Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of China's manufacturing 2025 and the development goal for manufacturing enterprises to build digital workshops in key areas has been set.As an important part of building a digital workshop,high-level workshop-level digital monitoring not only requires realtime data acquisition and display,but also puts forward higher requirements for the display form of data,the timeliness of abnormal feedback,and the all-round display of production line operation.In order to improve the comprehensive supervision level of the manufacturing workshop,a development method of real-time simulation system based on in-memory database technology and motion mapping parametric modeling technology is proposed in this paper.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Taking the micro-motor assembly line as the application object of the real-time simulation system,according to the on-site management requirements of the enterprise and the characteristics of the assembly line,the functional modules of the system are established,and the overall development plan of the system is planned.(2)Focusing on the real-time problem of simulation,the high-frequency data acquisition method based on thread pool connection optimization and multi-task technology is first proposed.Then,the efficient response scheme of the client is designed by using the pipeline mechanism of the in-memory database.The timeliness of data feedback Starting from the use of SQL statements combined with the index to optimize the batch query of static data,and through the release of the subscription mechanism to achieve monitoring and broadcast of production line irregular events.(3)Implement interactive motion mapping definition in the form of plug-in development,which improves the development efficiency and maintainability of real-time simulation functions.Firstly,the typical rigid body motion is parametrically modeled,then the data-driven algorithm is designed based on the Do Tween plug-in and coroutine,and the interaction of the mapping definition is enhanced by the virtual teaching of the robot.Finally,the development of the plug-in was completed using LINQ technology and Unity Editor interface.(4)The overall process of real-time simulation system development is systematically studied,the development process of scene roaming,key station inspection and dynamic chart function based on Unity 3D is proposed,and finally the real-time simulation system completed.
