Photovoltaic monitoring-control system which is used for detecting a work environment of PV power plant is essential for the safe operation of the power station.The real-time historical database in monitoring software is the key composition part of photovoltaic power plants monitoring software C hitic Plant,and it is mainly responsible for the large number of real-time historical data in a running power station,including electrical parameters,environmental data,PV module parameters.It's helpful to improve operational efficiency and extend running time,monitor fault information,maintain equipment quality though analyzing historical data.Meanwhile,the real-time historical database which connects to the final applications can complete the real-time data display to show the operating condition of the photovoltaic plant,which is monitored by real-time database.This paper proposes the design of real-time historical database,which mainly contains database structure design and database functions design,and the design of database structure including data model design and system design.The design of database functions contains data acquisition,data storage,data compressing and data index-query.This paper presents a bit number model,process data model and data-storing model on data model design.In the aspect of data acquisition,it adjusts a dynamic-link library for visiting real-time data,and defines parameters with the overall data collection framework configuration.The data storage method is combined by memory database and historical database in disk.In data compressing,it adopts secondary compression technology,firstly compress the switch value and simulation value respectively,and then compress the historical data though with the SDT(spinning door transformation).In the aspect of data index-query,it adopts secondary index,which can improve data query speed and instantaneity of the system.
