On January 3,2019,The Chang'e-4 Lunar Probe successfully achieved the first landing of the moon in human history,and China's space industry achieved another major achievement.Before the space target is launched,we need to carry out all aspects of the ground and rigorous testing procedures.However,due to the special working environment of the space target,we often need to repair,upgrade,troubleshoot and recover the space target.The premise of a job is to be able to capture it in orbit.Based on the above background,this topic is very necessary.The main purpose of this paper is to study a set of motion control system that can be coordinated with the upper computer and safe,reliable and accurate.The ground mechanisms can perform test tasks for approaching,maintaining,adjusting,and capturing.At the same time,in the process of developing this system,we also found that the PID adjustment process of its control part is complicated and time-consuming,and there are problems such as accuracy and stability.Traditional adjustment,which relies mainly on engineering experience,the quality of adjustment and the speed,"good is good,bad is also bad",an experienced engineer can make many quick attempts to speed up the adjustment efficiency,but it is easy to fall into sick area that would have a huge workload.According that,this paper,not only the various modules of the entire space target capture mechanism control system are elaborated,but also the application of the PMAC control card control process is fully introduced,and the key problems arising in the development process are also described and overcame.The data is combined with the relative association studies,using the heuristic algorithm of cuckoo search to adjust the PID control parameters of flight intelligent control,and put forward the performance parameters of quantitative adjustment of steady-state time,and explore the series of relationship between PID control parameters and performance parameters.New question.The author gives a solution,random forest regression.,analyzes the results,and summarizes certain rules.It can provide a good method for reference and auxiliary functions for technicians to adjust the PID parameters of flight devices.
