With the rapid development of aerospace technology in China,bearing,as a key basic component of aerospace equipment,has become a key factor restricting the improvement of mechanical system performance,life growth and reliability.The lubrication condition of aerospace bearings is becoming more and more severe because of its high speed,heavy load,high temperature,low temperature,vibration and other bad service conditions.The abnormal wear of cage caused by lubrication failure is one of the main failure modes of high-speed bearings.Based on the fact that the surface texture can effectively improve the friction and wear characteristics,in view of the wear problem of the guide surface between the cage and the ring of rolling bearings,the surface texture preparation technology and the tribological properties of the friction pair material for the guide surface of bearings are studied.The lubrication performance of the guide surface textured rolling bearings is also discussed.The rolling bearings are serving under bad lubrication conditions.Provide additional lubrication to avoid sudden or catastrophic instantaneous failure,and provide ideas for lubrication design of rolling bearings under harsh working conditions.In order to study the laser texturing process of bearing steel surface,COMSOL Multiphysics simulation of laser texturing process on the 9Cr18 surface was carried out based on the theoretical model of laser processing temperature field analysis,and the influence of laser processing parameters on the surface micro-texture morphology and properties was studied.The experimental study of 9Cr18 surface texturing process was carried out,and the surface texture and addition were obtained.The laser mechanized forming process of bearing steel surface was explored from both theoretical and experimental aspects.The 9Cr18 textured specimens with different characteristic sizes were prepared,which provided a basis for friction and wear test and lubrication performance test of rolling bearings.In order to study the friction and wear properties of surface texture,the pseudodynamic performance analysis of a certain type of aerospace bearing was carried out,and the working characteristics of the guide surface friction pairs of rolling bearings under service conditions were obtained.The input boundary of simulated working conditions was provided for the surface texture friction and wear experiments.Then the simulation of hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of surface texture was carried out.The influence of texture parameters and lubrication film thickness on hydrodynamic pressure distribution was studied.The friction and wear characteristics of surface texture were studied by impact sliding friction and wear tester.The effects of surface texture on friction moment under different impact force,impact frequency,speed and lubrication conditions were analyzed.The results of theoretical analysis and experiment show that the surface texture can effectively reduce friction moment and provide support for improving wear performance of the guide surface texture.In order to explore the influence of guide surface texturing on lubrication characteristics of rolling bearings,the inner ring of laser texturing bearing was prepared,and a testing platform for friction moment of rolling bearings was designed and built.The friction moment performance experiment of laser texturing rolling bearings with guide surface was completed.The experimental results show that the bearing speed is higher than 900r/min,the surface texture can effectively reduce the friction moment,the maximum value can reach 70%,indicating that the surface texture can establish effective lubrication under the condition of oil-deficient lubrication.It can be seen that the laser textured guide surface can improve the lubrication characteristics of rolling bearings,provide guidance for the structural design and lubrication optimization of aerospace rolling bearings,and further provide theoretical basis for the life growth,reliability improvement and performance improvement of rolling bearings.
