To alleviate the increasingly severe energy problems,China began building energy conservation work in the 1980s.After more than 30 years'development,the“three-step”energy-saving goal has been achieved in recent years.As a strategic goal put forward by China's building energy conservation to a higher level,the nearly zero energy consumption building plays a leading role in guiding the development of building energy-saving work in the future.It is the goal of the new three-step strategy for building energy conservation 2016-2030.Under the passive design of nearly zero energy buildings,how to control the operation strategy of active energy systems according to user needs,achieving the goal of energy saving in nearly zero energy buildings and improving indoor thermal environment,which is the key work of current building energy conservation.This project intends to use energy consumption simulation software Energy Plus to explore the demand for cooling and heating in nearly zero energy residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions.Firstly,Take Nanjing as an example to establish a nearly zero energy residential building simulation to simulate its room temperature and load characteristics of a typical design day under natural conditions.Next,select different forms of air conditioning(split air conditioning,multi-connection,radiation ceiling)to simulate the response of indoor environment and energy consumption at different end operations.Finally,the air conditioning form of the convection radiation terminal is proposed.The convection end is used as the pre-cooling equipment,so that the room air temperature can drop rapidly after the system operated.This paper explores the reasonable pre-cooling time and the radiation end running time,which provides technical support for the dynamic debugging and precise control of the nearly zero en ergy building.Through simulation,the main conclusions are as follows:Nearly zero energy residential buildings do not need heating in winter.The average indoor air temperature is maintained at 32°C-36°C when considering sunshade and fresh air in summer.When the fresh air load is not considered,the cold load per unit area is 34W/m~2.For the nearly zero energy buildings in the hot summer and cold winter areas,only the summer cooling is considered.The results show that the pre-cooling time is 2-3 hours,and the convective radiation end operation mode with the radiation end closed 1 hour-2 hours earlier is the reasonable operation mode.The research work in this paper will provide reference for the selection of air conditioner terminals in nearly zero energy residential building in the hot summer and cold winter area,and give a reasonable operation mode for the convective-radiation air conditioning terminal.
