Research On Deep Reading Behavior Space Survey And Design Strategy Of University Library

Before the emergence of consumption reading,no matter at home or abroad,people kept the habit of thinking deeply in reading.However,in the context of the industrial revolution in Britain,the concept of consumerism emerged.In order to adapt to the actual needs of social life and meet the ever-expanding consumption desire,people’s reading habit also changes from the deep reading of "learning thinking" to the shallow reading of "consumption".The fact tells us that although this kind of "superficial reading" can arouse reading interest to some extent,it inevitably leads to the lack of in-depth reading construction.University library is the entity that provides knowledge and information service to students and young scholars.Its collection resource construction and service are all the intellectual work and achievements of library people.No matter how the reading form changes,the university library will continue to take on the main responsibility of guiding students to read for a long time in the fu ture.Other commercial organizations will not and cannot take on this responsibility.Although today we will open our doors to visitors who come to the library to relax,read popular newspapers or leisure books or even go online to video,we should pay more attention to leading readers to think and research "deep reading".Therefore,it is great significance to research on deep reading behavior space design strategy of university library.The research on the design strategy of deep reading behavior space in university library is divided into four parts.First of all,I thought deeply about this research topic and studied various relevant literature materials.Take the deep reading behavior,university library,reading space and other terms as the entry point.Define its basic concept,research scope and research methods.Combined with the interpretation of the research status at home and abroad,the author dig out the behavioral features of deep reading behavior.Secondly,through the collation and analysis of the existing university library reading space research content,the author formulates a targeted research program.The field survey of reading space in university library is divided into two aspects: behavior map survey and subjective evaluation survey 。 And the author sorted out and analyzed the survey data,summarized the current situation,and provided the practical basis for the conclusion.Then it reveals the behavior appeal of deep reading behavior to reading space.Finally,the design principles and design strategies of deep reading behavior space in university libraries are put forward.With the development of the times and the progress of the society,the transformation and evolution of the reading space of university library is inevitable.More importantly,as the base point and symbol of inheriting campus culture,It should be sustainable and an eternal topic to explore the spiritual connotation of university library and inspire students.The author hopes to take the deep reading behavior as the new design basis to constantly improve the design of reading space in university library.This is of theoretical and practical significance to the construction and development of reading space in university library.
