Research On Assembly Design Of Prefabricated Wooden House

Under the macro trend in the development of green building,environmental friendliness of wooden structures,in the process of promoting the development of wood construction,has obvious advantages in prefabricated properties of wooden structures,assembly design can improve the efficiency of wood utilization,production efficiency and assembly,assembly of wood construction design become the effective way to speed up its development.With the improvement of consumption level,tourism vacation has a new definition.People are eager to get close to nature and stay away from the environmental pollution of modern cities,which leads to a new development trend and makes holiday cabin popular.The advantages of the prefabricated wooden building are embodied in the design of the holiday cabin,and the characteristics of mobile and high assembly efficiency of the micro-cabin are brought into play to get the assembled micro-cabin that is adapted to the latest development trend.In this paper,we study the micro log cabin assembly design,using the example research method,first through to the present situation at home and abroad and the tiny wooden case study,sums up the influence of miniature cabin when assembling design important link,and the main problems in the case of assembly design,so as to guide the two experimental design,and from the system,link structure and modular design three aspects to carry on the design research,through the two assembly tiny hut built actually,validation of the study of design,summarizes the problems of the design and optimization strategy is put forward.The purpose of this paper is to study the assembly design of micro-log cabin,hoping to put forward optimization strategies for assembly design,production and construction,and provide guidance Suggestions for designers,manufacturers and consumer groups.The purpose of this paper is to improve the construction and assembly degree of miniature prefabricated wooden house,improve the degree of prefabrication in the factory,as well as the utilization rate of wood,and make the design more diversified.The uniqueness of this study lies in that the verification of two practical cases enables the research on assembly design in this paper to go beyond the theoretical analysis and obtain real assembly experience in actual production and construction.Valuable practical experience is better than pure theoretical research.Through the research on theassembly design of micro-wooden house,this paper lays a good foundation for popularizing the application of prefabricated wooden building and promotes the development of prefabricated micro-wooden house.
