Laser guided weapons are widely used by military forces in various countries due to their high measurement accuracy,strong anti-interference ability and good maneuverability.In the performance test of laser guided weapons,the semi-physical simulation system has become a research hotspot because of its low cost and flexibility compared with physical simulation.The system tests the laser guided weapon by driving the laser array to generate simulated echoes,simulating the actual target and environment.However,due to the laser array fabrication process and the corresponding high-resolution delay drive system design and other problems have not been completely solved in China,it is necessary to carry out corresponding research to lay the foundation for the engineering of laser semi-physical simulation system.This project cooperates with domestic laser array manufacturers to study the corresponding highfrequency and high-precision echo generation technology of laser guidance simulation system to solve the shortcomings of poor real-time performance and low precision.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis of the relevant indicators of the subject,the overall scheme of the laser guidance simulation system is proposed.The system adopts multiple optimization techniques,so that the accuracy of the final echo generate d by the system is improved from 6.94 ns of the existing system of the same type.0.125 ns;the update frequency is increased from the existing 300 Hz to above 1000 Hz.Secondly,the specific design and implementation of the main links of the system.Firstly,the design of the IP core of the radar data high-speed transmission system is completed,and a high-speed data transmission path from the upper computer to the drive control card is constructed,aiming at increasing the frame rate of the generated image.The system mainly includes a bus transmission module and a fiber transmission module,which improves the refresh frequency of the finally generated echo by solving the problem of high-speed data transmission;and also includes a data buffer module,which solves the problem of cross-clock domain and data buffer.Then,the design of the high-precision echo generation module is completed.According to the principle of laser radar,the module applies the sub-picosecond delay generation technology to design and generate a control signal containing highprecision delay to drive the laser array to generate high time precision.Echo.The delay accuracy of the control signal can reach sub-picosecond,and the echo time accuracy generated by the driver can reach 125 ps.Finally,build a system test platform.Completion of radar data generation and transmission software,and application of this software to complete the functional verification of the above two modules.The results show that its performance meets the design expectations.
