At present,China’s cities are generally facing the continuous trouble of urban waterlogging disaster.In macroscopic perspective of development trend under the guidance of ecology theory,and prevent waterlogging policy transformation in our country,sponge,the stock of urban planning,ecological civilization construction industries to promote policy,water ecological infrastructure as a kind of can meet at the same time make the city perched water prevent waterlogging ability get promoted and the double requirements of urban space quality improved material space carrier,faced with the layout structure theory research and planning application development opportunity,and the current water ecological infrastructure itself is also a lack of basic theory research,function orientation limitations,such as space structure fuzzy development predicament.How to construct a set of theoretical research that can support the ideal spatial structure of waterlogging regulation and storage needs to be supplemented by relevant academic achievements.This study takes the water ecological infrastructure as the research object,and under the guidance of the goal of alleviating the waterlogging disaster,it is a preliminary exploration of the construction method and application of the spatial model of the ideal water ecological infrastructure system.This paper mainly includes three parts:In the first part,the elements of water ecological infrastructure are defined based on the landscape theory of "source,flow and sink".In addition,the specific link and material carrier of urban hydrological process are analyzed by comparing with natural hydrological process,and the disaster mechanism of urban waterlogging is interpreted from the perspective of the change of urban hydrological process compared with natural hydrological process.Finally,the coupling relationship between water ecological infrastructure and urban waterlogging mechanism is distinguished by using extenics principle,and the feasibility of water ecological infrastructure to alleviate waterlogging disaster is pointed out.The second part attempts to based on landscape pattern and ecological process coupling theory,the exploration is put forward and mitigation oriented ideal space model to build water ecological infrastructure systems methodology,preliminary built "evaluation of urban hydrological service function —— pattern – process system coupling analysis —— evaluation of the current situation of spatial pattern —— system space model construction" method framework.The third part takes wuhan city as the practice object,applies the obtained methodology of constructing the ideal space model of water ecological infrastructure,and tests the theoretical principle,application value and planning practice ideas of this research.This study will be urban spatial characteristics of land use types and exploratory integrated urban hydrological process,for ease of urban waterlogging problem solving actively,to expect to make up for the current system level to reduce inner space pattern of the basic theory of blank,thus to alleviate urban waterlogging disasters provide certain scientific basis for the practical problems,to promote the sponge construction of city and policy implement bring certain theory reference and practice reference.
