Virtual reality technology(VR)is an innovative technology that conforms to the information age.It is the first perspective to combine virtual reality with reality.It has a more intimate sense of integration and integration,which can promote the technological progress and development of all walks of life,and is a wonderful presentation of practical innovation.It has received much attention in education.Its immersiveness,interactivity,and conceptual performance effectively complement the traditional forms of education and lack of vividness.However,its scale and effectiveness in education is far from enough for people to expect him.The reason is that the development of virtual reality technology is based on the creation of 3D models and the compilation of computer languages.Such talents are often game developers,and their development field is often in the field of games.They have not had a deep understanding of the education industry and their understanding of machinery manufacturing is very limited.In the teaching of mechanical subjects,the practical teaching effect is not ideal due to the high cost of equipment and experiment,easy operation accidents and high requirements for space imagination(such as mechanical drawing and mechanical assembly).With the continuous development of modern advanced science and technology,how to closely combine the key technologies of virtual reality with the teaching of mechanical manufacturing,change the teaching methods of traditional models,and improve the level and quality of teaching is a hot topic.Based on the existing research results,this paper focuses on the insufficiency of virtual simulation courseware in mechanical teaching,and the in-depth study of DyanVR virtual reality simulation system and aeroengine courseware simulation system.Summarizing its technical principle and engine characteristics,Unity 3D,which is open to the outside world with API function,is used as a development platform to propose a virtual simulation courseware development technology that is universal for mechanical teaching.In order to better solve the compatibility problem of different software to the model,the method of 3D modeling is studied,and the format conversion technology is proposed.Using the VRay renderer to render the model,texture baking and keyframe animation.At the same time,this paper realizes the cross-platform transplantation of virtual simulation courseware,which can be released in Android system,Apple system and PC,realizing one compilation and multi-platform release.Collision detection of object objects in the courseware with Unity 3D’s built-in physics engine.Momodevelop is used as a script development environment to study JavaScript and C# compilation features and functions,and proposes a scripting technology suitable for mechanical virtual simulation courseware to meet human-computer interaction.Computer logic,UI design,debugging and release for motion control.
