| The shipbuilding industry is a strategic industry that is related to the national economy and national defense security and promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must adhere to the overall plan of land and sea and accelerate the building of a maritime power Under the severe global financial and economic crisis,shipbuilding companies that can continue to maintain profitability have mastered certain core competitiveness.However,due to the dynamic nature of the core competitiveness life cycle,enterprises should be required to formulate corresponding financial strategies according to the core competitiveness of different life cycles to ensure that core competitiveness can have sufficient resources for strategic support.As the largest civil shipbuilding group in China,Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group Co.,Ltd.is mainly engaged in the manufacture of merchant ships and is the first shipbuilding company listed in Singapore.This paper combines theoretical analysis with case studies to study the Yangtze River shipping industry.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,research status and review at home and abroad,as well as research ideas,contents,methods and innovations are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the meaning,characteristics and life cycle of core competitiveness,the classification,characteristics and components of financial strategy,PEST analysis,Porter’s five-force model and SWOT analysis,and expounds the relationship between core competitiveness and financial strategy..After that,it analyzes the operating environment of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding and the financial status of Yangzijiang Shipyard’s solvency,operational capability,profitability,cash creation ability and development capability,and analyzes the Yangtze River ship from core technology,brand building,technology research and development and personnel training.According to the financial indicators and non-financial indicators of the Yangtze River Shipping Industry,the core competitiveness of the Yangtze River Shipping Industry is at a mature stage.Then from the financing strategy,investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy to analyze the current financial strategy of the Yangtze River shipping industry,it is found that the current Yangtze River shipping industry has insufficient fundraising,single financing channels,single investment direction,large investment risk,low dividend distribution and dividends.The problem of a single distribution method.In response to these problems,Yangzijiang Shipbuilding proposed financial strategy reconstruction based on core competitiveness,namely,moderate debt financing,expansion of financing channels,diversified investment,control of investment risk,stable growth of dividend distribution and enrichment of dividend distribution.Finally,it outlines the safeguard measures for rebuilding the financial strategy of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding,namely,cultivating the awareness of financial strategy for all employees,establishing a financial early warning mechanism,establishing a financial incentive system,improving the financial performance appraisal mechanism and providing technical support. |
