Research On Financial Diagnosis Of G Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

As one of the most important electronic components,connectors are widely used in consumer electronics products for everyday use as well as in high-end defense products.With the rapid development of China's economy,China has become the most promising and fastest-growing region in the global connector market.As the leader of the domestic military connector industry,G Company has a representative financial status.Therefore,based on the Harvard analysis framework,this paper conducts a comprehensive financial diagnosis for G Company,and hopes to provide reference for the same industry.This paper selects G company with connector as its main business as the research object,and uses Harvard analysis framework as the theoretical guidance to combine literature and case study to conduct comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of G company.First,this paper introduces the basic situation of G company,and then starts with the strategic analysis of G company,draws the conclusion of industry strategy analysis by using "Porter Five Forces",and conducts SWOT analysis to point out the current advantages and disadvantages of G Company,opportunities and risk.Subsequent accounting,financial and prospect analysis.Among them,financial analysis is the focus of the article.Through the specific analysis of financial statements and ratios,the financial aspects of G company are diagnosed.Then through the specific analysis of the first three aspects,the conclusions of the company will be forecasted and the prospects of the industry in which it is located will be analyzed.Through analysis,it can be found that the competition in the connector industry of G company is intensifying,and there is a risk of high-end talent loss.In asset management,there are problems of large accounts receivable and large inventory pressure;high cost and high profitability need to be improved.The development prospects are mainly due to the instability of the development of the civilian products market.In view of the above four aspects of the diagnosis results,the following suggestions are made:focus on the differentiation strategy and optimize the incentive mechanism;strengthen the accounts receivable and inventory management,improve the efficiency of asset management;strictly control the cost to improve profitability;strengthen civil technology Integration with military technology.
