As all countries of the world pay more attention to the concept of building energy conservation,the research and development of new lightweight multi-functional composite external wall insulation has become one of the main direction of the development of building materials.Expanded polystyrene board(EPS)is an organic thermal insulation material with excellent thermal insulation performance,and also has excellent performance in shock resistance,water resistance and wind pressure resistance.Therefore,EPS is widely used at home and abroad.Basalt hollow fabric is A new kind of grade A refractory mineral fiber and has excellent technical performance.In this paper,EPS and basalt fiber hollow fabric are used as the main raw materials to form a new type of hollow fabric insulation board with a new type of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board.By combining two kinds of materials in different forms,two kinds of structural forms of the new type of insulation board are determined.The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the new insulation board were measured.Through the bond strength test,compressive strength test and bending test,the mechanical properties and failure modes of the new type insulation board under different properties are analyzed and studied.The bonding strength of insulation board is composed of epoxy resin WSR6101(E-44),curing agent T31 and absolute ethanol(analytical pure).The optimum mixing ratio is6:2:1.Compared with the EPS with the same thickness,the new type of insulation board has better compressive strength,and the compressive strength of the insulation plate containing the attachment layer is obviously superior to the compressive strength of the multi-layer sandwich composite insulation board.The new type of insulation board has excellent flexural resistance,and it has not been damaged in the upper and lower bending 90 degrees and 180 degrees.By using ANSYS Workbench software,a three-dimensional model was built to simulate the uniaxial compression test of the new composite thermal insulation board.It was found that the maximum error between the experimental value and the simulated value of the new composite thermal insulation board was about 0.7%,which basically coincided with each other;and the maximum stress value of the bending performance simulation of the new composite thermal insulation board was the same as the experimental value.The error is 3.5%.There is little difference between them.It shows that the compressive strength of the new composite insulation board can be predicted scientifically and reasonably by the above finite element method.By measuring the thermal conductivity of a new type of insulating board with different thickness of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board,the thermal conductivity of the new type insulation board is calculated by one dimensional steady heat flow meter,and the thermal conductivity of the new type insulation board is calculated with the relevant theoretical formulas.The relationship between the thickness of the piece is analyzed,and the thermal conductivity of the optimal combination of the new type of insulation board is 0.0272 W/(m·K),which is 33.66%lower than the thermal conductivity of the EPS.The use of basalt fiber hollow fabric can greatly reduce the thickness of EPS,the new type of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board with attachment layer,its thermal conductivity is small,heat insulation and heat insulation good.ANSYS Workbench software is used to simulate the heat conduction process of a new type of hollow fabric insulation board with a new type of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board.The maximum error of the measured value of thermal conductivity of the new thermal insulation board and the simulated value is about 8.8%,so the numerical simulation method is used to simulate the heat conduction process,which is accurate solution of its internal heat conduction and heat conduction process.A new type of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board insulation system was designed to apply to the basic structures of different walls.The new type of EPS-basalt insulating fabric insulation board system was used for thermal calculation of different wall systems.When the thickness of EPS was 10mm,20mm and 30mm,the design of three kinds of new types were new.The heat transfer coefficient of the type insulation board is less than 1.0 W/(m~2·K),which meets the relevant specifications and regulations,and meets the requirements of building energy saving 65%.And when the thickness of EPS board is 30 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the new composite insulation board can meet the limit requirement of heat preservation and insulation of the envelope structure in cold area.
