| Resistance furnaces need to be used in industrial environment,so they often have irregular characteristics such as large lag and non-linearity in temperature control.It is urgent to solve these contradictions for control difficulties,bring high quality to actual production and processing,and achieve the required control requirements.The design paper carries out PID regulation and Smith prediction from the PLC control of resistance furnace,completes the technological requirements of resistance furnace and optimizes its non-linearity and large lag reasonably.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the control scheme are verified in software simulation to achieve industrial control.This design realizes the installation and debugging of trolley resistance furnace by Siemens S7-200 series PLC,which occupies more than 70% of the market share.It achieves the intelligent cooperation of hardware and software,and achieves the functions of temperature acquisition,early warning and output display in the industrial field under the connection of Kingview.Because of the wide range of heating area,the whole range of heating can be adjusted and detected by the host computer and sensor.The temperature area must be divided into different zones.In this design,we divided into 27 zones.These areas also need to ensure that a variable is input by means of industrial control technology,and a certain amount of input is added to ensure that the temperature field inside the resistance furnace is balanced and adjustable. |
