Design Of Resistor Furnace Temperature Control System

Resistance furnace is widely used in metallurgy,petrochemical,electronics,new material production and other fields,its temperature detection and control of industrial production and scientific research significance is very important,especially in the field of electronics,new material production,the temperature control requirements are very high,the resistance furnace temperature control is particularly important.Object of this design research is our test instrument laboratory existing resistance furnace,models for SK-2-9,aiming at the existing problem of electric resistance furnace in use,the study to design a resistance control temperature control system,the scheme with ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer,K type thermocouple and solid state relay based on development research,research process,according to the circuit principle,hardware design,program implementation of resistance furnace temperature control,solve the resistance furnace in the application of stable time is long,a large quantity of overshoot.In this paper,a temperature control system of resistance furnace is designed based on the practical problems of resistance furnace.With ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer,K type thermocouple and solid state relay SSR as the foundation,with ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer as the core circuit,thermocouple test temperature and solid state relay control heating as a basic train of thought for research,design ATmega128 single-chip microcomputer,the cold and hot end of the thermocouple temperature detection circuit,amplifying circuit and modulus conversion circuit,temperature control circuit of hardware circuit,and analyzes its working principle in detail.At the same time,through the research of temperature control method,select a temperature control scheme,analyze the theoretical basis and process of the realization of the scheme,and finally through the method of programming program,make the hardware and software together to control the SCM to achieve resistance furnace temperature control.
