With the rapid development of China's electric power and continuous transformation and upgrading,large power grids continue to expand,voltage levels continue to increase,large-capacity and high-parameter generator sets continue to increase,new energy power generation is concentrated on a large-scale grid,and power system configurations and operational characteristics are becoming increasingly complex.Supporting capacity,transfer capability,and adjustment capability have put forward higher requirements,which has brought severe tests to the safe and stable operation of the power system.To this end,the State Grid Corporation proposed the goal of building a ubiquitous power Internet of Things and a first-class modern distribution network.Based on this,according to the development requirements of the State Grid Corporation's future power grid,this paper integrates the existing technological developments at home and abroad,and combines the requirements and operational regulations of the “one-button sequence control” and the switchgear with the State Grid Corporation,using PLC as the control.The device has designed a one-button sequence control automatic control system for 10 kV switchgear.The main work of the thesis is:(1)Based on the research of the push rod motor and the push rod motor controller,according to the mechanical structure of the traditional 10 kV mid-mounted switch cabinet,the hardware part of the "one-button sequence control" automatic control system of the 10 kV switchgear is designed,including the clamping device of the switch trolley.,transfer vehicles,robotic arm platforms and conveyor belts and electric grounding cutters.The manual operation is replaced by a push rod motor reduction motor for automatic operation.(2)According to the modular design principle,the program of each part of the "one-button sequence control" system of the 10 kV switchgear is designed,including the main program,working subroutine,test subroutine,maintenance subroutine,ground knife subroutine and plug-in subroutine,and The actions performed at each step in the subroutine are analyzed.In addition,the main interface and sub-interface of the touch screen configuration are designed.The main interface is the button of all switch cabinets in the substation;the sub-interface is the independent telemetry and remote signaling for each interval,and describes the use of the configuration interface.method.(3)The navigation method based on DM two-dimensional code AGV is studied.The method of storing location information into DM code and using location information stored in DM code and DM code significant feature L side for positioning and navigation is proposed.In order to solve the problem that the AGV is easy to deviate during the running process due to factors such as ground unevenness and slippage,a correction control algorithm is proposed.The experiment proves that the AGV based on DM two-dimensional code navigation can not only achieve autonomous navigation,but also achieve precise positioning.The 10 kV switchgear "one-button sequence control" automatic control system realizes "operation-overhaul-test one-button control",which improves the reliability of the distribution network operation and lays a foundation for the initial realization of unified IOT management.Reduce the risk of manual operation due to aging equipment,poor operating conditions,etc.
