With the wide application of Li/MnO2 button batteries In several different careers,analogous to it,the development of producing equipment for batteries seems to be more and more important.Based on the development of battery industry in China and other countries,in this articles,the technical condition of producing equipment for Li/MnO2 button batteries was discussed systematically.And this dissertation proposed that we should research and develop a kind of high-speed and advanced technical equipment for Li/MnO2 button batteries,break the bottleneck that domestic enterprises must to face.Through the study of automatic line and automatic manufacture system,and the demand analysis of high speed automatic line for button batteries,a modern designing method is found in this designing to meet this requirement.Firstly function demand analysis of technical system must be done,and design parameters analysis of technical system must be accomplished based on related principles of axiomatic design theory,then the function demand and design parameters which have been formed are designed by coupling or no-coupling method and the macroscopic design parameters conformed to independent axiom can be obtained,according to these parameters many designs are mentioned,these designs are judged by means of information axiom,then the design containing the lest information and conformed to independent axiom can be obtained.Secondly,after finishing the concept design of technical system and establishing the optimal design, taking productivity of line as a clue,through making optimization and improvement of technology,structure and controlling,the implementation process of high speed automatic line is discussed in detail,based on the original equipment foundation of automatic line for button batteries,then establish the implementation scheme.After virtual sculpture and virtual assembly is done,dynamicly proofreaded and emulated, the proofreaded results are taken to the feedback of designsector,finally,not only reasonable but also optimum design result can be attained.The research of technical high speed automatic line system for Li/MnO2 batteries relied on this method has gotten satisfactory effects and attained expected objective.The success of test sample machines put on the market has testified that this method satisfys the research of technical automatic assembly line system for Li/MnO2 batteries.Moreover,as the design method of mechanical electronic system,the author indicate that this method generally satisfys the design and research of automatic manufacture system and it is better extensible.
