Dropping pill soft capsule is widely used in tobacco,food,medicine and other fields.At present,it is mainly prepared by dropping method with complicated production process,low degree of automation and high difficulty in product quality control,and the social demand for this product has increased sharply in recent years.The contradiction between supply and demand is becoming increasingly acute.Intelligent manufacturing technology can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce or eliminate such contradiction.The viscosity of dropping pill glue in production process is one of the main factors affecting the quality of product.The change of viscosity directly affects the molding quality of dropping pill during the dripping process.Therefore,the on-line detection technology of glue viscosity is a key technology to realize intelligent manufacturing.In this paper,the online detection system of the glue viscosity is studied.Based on the in-depth analysis of liquid viscosity detection technology and combined with the actual working conditions of dropping machine,the on-line detection scheme of the glue viscosity in the dropping process is determined;The application system for the on-line detection scheme was developed.The key measuring components such as hairspring and rotor were analyzed and designed.The hardware and software of the detection system were developed to realize the continuous real-time detection of glue viscosity.The method of capturing signals during online detection is studied,and the twochannel detection scheme with stronger real-time and higher precision is determined.The original data collected by the system is analyzed.According to the characteristics of the signal,Kalman average filtering is adopted to perform denoising processing to obtain a smooth and stable viscosity measurement curve.An experiment is designed to eliminate the zero error of the viscosity detection system,and an off-line rheometer is used to calibrate the system.And least square method is used to fit the instrument coefficient of the system prototype,which realizes the accurate measurement for the glue viscosity.The online detection system of dropping glue viscosity designed in this paper has been tested and debugged many times.The dropping glue viscosity can be monitored online in real time and the monitoring data is accurate and reliable,which has achieved the expected research purpose.
