This paper comes from the important tackle key problem of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission,The contract's serial number is 023104411.The paper introduces general situation of Chinese traditional medicine bottling and packing product line.Then four improved measures and some experiments have been done,which includes four parts:Firstly,the experiment of distributing pill on bottling machine.Secondly,the new style system of photoelectrical counting.Thirdly,the experiment of multi-computer communication.Fourthly,the applying experiment of LabVIEW.After these experiments,This technology will reach the advanced level in China,and which establishes base for realizing industrialization.The technical difficulties and technique in the whole equipment debugging are summed up in addition to the realization of the multi-computer-controlling system.Machine, photo, electricity, pneumatic and computer are combined well in the equipment.The aim is to change the traditional model and realize automatic packing product line and improve pill quality.Then the quality of the product is accord with GMP standard.The automatic product line includes 10 compact product line,which collects many functions on the main equipment of 2m X 2m X 2m.The misplaying rate of orientation on working procedure is less than that of traditional product line for the carrying strip is too long,and the manufacturing cost is reduced,and the installation area of the equipment is saved,so it can increase the production potential.The packing line has many advantages. Fistly, it can bottle high effectively.Secondly,it can load kinds of abnormal shape bottles.Thirdly, it has the characteristic of the small volume, specious shape and manipulating easily .The design of counting pill is the most important part in this controlling system.The counting of the pills with two photoelectric sensors is realized to ensure 100 pills in every bottle on the basis of mechanical counting.Settling the conflict of data bus, avoiding the interference among many slave computers and realizing communication between multicomputer are involved importantly in the paper.The communication between singlechip and the PC and the friendly interface are realized by graphiclanguage (LabVIEW).After the hardware and the software are analysed in the paper, the author points out that thesystem has significance in the process of realizing industrialization, which can reduce greatly laboring intension of the workers in the medicine factories and the consumption of pharmacy material, can also improve laboring productivity and create great social benefit.
