Slewing bearings play an increasingly important role in modern large machinery,the state of the slewing bearing often affects the state of the entire machine even the state of the entire system.However the current research on the operational status of the slewing bearing can not match the needs of practical production.Thus,in this paper,we using the fatigue test to study the running state of slewing bearing.Based on the research of slewing bearing modeling method,this paper simplifies the finite element model of the experimental slewing bearing,and puts forward a way to apply the load to the model.In Ansys-Workbench,the deformation and stress of the slewing bearing under different constraints and different working conditions load are calculated.The strength and stiffness of the slewing bearing are checked.At the same time,the calculation result is helpful for the selection of the sensor installation point.During the test preparation process,the operating system and loading system of the original test machine were optimized to better adapt to the bearing characteristics of the slewing bearing,and the experimental process was designed to standardize the experimental operation.During the slewing bearing fatigue test,the waveform of the slewing bearing vibration data and the peak factor and kurtosis value of the vibration data were monitored in real time,and the real-time temperature of the slewing bearing was used together to judge the operating state of the slewing bearing.In order to further judge the damage of the slewing bearing,the pre-processed vibration data is subjected to Emprical Mode Decomposition and extracting its frequency domain features by fast Fourier transform.Compared with the damage frequency of each part of the slewing bearing,it is considered that the ball of the slewing bearing of the model is damaged during the experiment.Finally,the temperature characteristics of each stage of the slewing bearing operation are summarized.
