As one of the main power generation modes in modern power system,thermal power generation has gradually declined in the proportion of national power generation in recent years,but its status as the main power generation can not be shaken for a long time in the future.Combustion field is the place where chemical reaction is transformed into heat energy in thermal power plant.Flame temperature detection can judge whether combustion is in normal state.Therefore,flame temperature detection is very important for combustion field condition monitoring and combustion control.Reliable flame temperature measurement plays an irreplaceable role in the safe operation of industrial combustion fields.This paper mainly studies the portable visible flame temperature detection system,including the following aspects:The functional model of the system is established,the content of the system design and implementation needs to be studied,and the system algorithm principle and the mathematical model of the flame temperature measurement calculation are clarified.After defining the principle of temperature measurement,the corresponding hardware system is selected for the system,and the corresponding visible flame temperature detection software is developed on the hardware platform.When selecting the system hardware,the CPU processor is required to be a multi-core processor,so that the main thread and the image sampling thread can be run simultaneously.The industrial camera is required to support short exposure,avoid image saturation in high temperature places.Human-computer interaction hardware requires support for data display and touch screen input to facilitate combustion field image observation and operation input.The image of combustion field is collected by industrial camera.The corresponding temperature of the image pixels is obtained by using the pre-fitted camera radiation intensity function relation and the two-color method temperature calculation formula.The flame temperature detection system uses a color low-pixel industrial camera to turn off the white balance and image gain in the manual exposure mode;the short exposure is used to obtain the combustion image of the combustion field,and the RGB color image is converted into a grayscale digital image;the gray threshold is set,The count statistics of the points larger than the gray threshold are recorded as saturation points;the temperature gradient map is obtained from the gray digital images by linear operation.The principle of visible flame temperature measurement is experimentally validated;the functions and practicability of the system are verified by the on-site temperature measurement using the stove flame;the accuracy of the system temperature measurement is verified by measuring the standard temperature field of blackbody furnace with the system.
