We need for the measurement and monitoring of the temperature of the heat treatment process in the industrial production process. Abnormal temperature change indicates that the combustion process abnormal. This will affect the quality of the combustion thereby reducing combustion efficiency and increased production costs. The traditional contact temperature measurement method will not only affect the original temperature field, and can only be given to a single point temperature value. The paper intends to develop a non-contact temperature measurement system based on a set of flame radiation thermometry.This article includes detailed descriptions of a wide range of temperature measurement method. This article gives a brief introduction of temperature measurement method, and focuses on the principles and application of two-color method in radiation thermometry. We use a color CCD camera and computer hardware and software, changing the combustion process into optical image can use for research and analysis, This can give what the traditional measurement methods are difficult to get, such as instantaneous temperature field and soot concentration field, the flame front shape.Based on digital image processing technology, optical and radiological knowledge, the paper establish measurement temperature calculation model, to obtain image primaries matrix and the temperature corresponding. We extract color matrix information to obtain corresponds to the temperature field. I prepared the corresponding calibration software and temperature calculation software by MATLAB software.Batch processing calibration image obtained calibration parameters of the curve in the two-color method. Integrated treatment of the flame image, calculate the temperature field and output gray scale. In order to change the image visual effects, enhanced processing image. Pseudo-color processing output for easy identification, and giving the statistical value of the temperature field. After temperature measurement experiment, The results calculated by the system and the measurement results are basically the same.
