| As a modern transportation carrier,container is widely used in the transportation of various goods with its advantages of high efficiency,convenience and safety.Due to the favorable trade deficit between countries,container transport inevitably leads to empty container return and allocation.As empty container transport cannot be utilized,empty container transport space is wasted.Folding dry cargo container is a new product which can be folded over and over again.When empty container is transported,it can be folded up for transportation,which can greatly reduce the space occupied by empty container.At the same time,the parts manufacturing process which is different from traditional container can solve various defects existing in the traditional container welding process.This paper divided the folding parts of folding dry cargo containers,designed and optimized the structure and connection of the boxes,and verified the strength reliability through finite element simulation test and practical test.The specific contents and results are as follows:1)Based on research and development purposes and container transport system,complete the design of the partition and folding folding parts,not only greatly reduce the empty container transportation occupies space,and the structure of the fold after can be applied to all existing container transportation carrier and lifting tool,can with the existing container transport system of a complete set of seamless.2)Based on the partition scheme of folding parts,and according to the standard of container industry and the strength requirements of traditional containers,the strength design requirements of folding dry cargo containers are formulated,including the strength requirements of the box structure and the strength requirements of connection.3)The component structure and connection structure of folding dry cargo container are designed and optimized according to the strength design requirements,and the designed structure is guaranteed to be lightweight on the basis of meeting the strength requirements.4)The FEA of folding dry cargo containers is carried out and the theoretical design strength is verified.The design of connecting parts is the key to guarantee the whole structure of the box.The force analysis of connecting parts at each position of the box is carried out in detail.The design of bolt connection is calculated and optimized based on the analysis results.Set torque requirements as three groups: 250 Nm,350Nm and 450 Nm.5)Physical test was carried out on the sample box to verify the actual strength of the box,and error analysis was carried out on the results.The reasons for error were mainly material difference,assembly error,welding stress,etc.The relative value of the error is almost no more than 5%,among which some are slightly larger,and the maximum is 8%.Therefore,it is determined that the accuracy of finite element simulation test can meet the requirements of verification strength. |
