Today,the air conditioning unit has been generally installed on the train,providing a comfortable environment for passengers.But the working environment of the air conditioning unit on the train will change continuously,which is different from the air conditioning in the normal room.Therefore,the influence of some factors such as strength and dynamic properties should be taken into consideration when the train air conditioning unit is developed and produced.In this paper,the metal structure of the subway air conditioning unit is analyzed and the finite element model of the train air conditioning unit structure is established.Using the element model,the Analysis of the strength,distortion and dynamic properties are analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of the air conditioning unit structure,the model of the air conditioning unit structure is built by using APDL language,and the SHELL163 element and MASS21 lumped mass unit are adopted in the modeling process.(2)According to the specification of technical requirements,analysis and calculation of the air conditioning unit structure under 6 different working conditions are carried out by using ANSYS11.0.The stress distribution and deformation are obtained and the strengths are verified.(3)The model is also applied to analyze and calculate the fatigue strength of the air conditioning unit structure and the installation bolts force under 3 different working conditions.And the stress range distribution of the air conditioning unit under each working condition are obtained which is used to verify the fatigue strength.(4)Through the modal analysis of the structure of the air conditioning unit,the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the air conditioning unit are obtained.The static analysis and modal analysis results of the air conditioning unit structure provides a basis guidance for the optimal design of air conditioning unit.
