Study On The Evaluation Of The Implementation Effect Of Industrial Policies For New Energy Vehicles In China

Under the background of environmental pollution and energy crisis,China's new energy vehicles industry realizes continuous improvement due to the dual driving forces of market development and industrial policies and the stimulus brought by policies.As a result,production and sales volume has increased steadily,the core technology level has been constantly raised,and relevant supporting infrastructure has been gradually improved.During the development of China's new energy vehicles industry,the government has prepared a series of industrial policies to further promote the industry development.In the meantime,evaluating the implementation effect of these policies is conducive to precisely formulating or adjusting industrial policies by the government,so as to accelerate the development of new energy vehicles industry.Based on the theory of market failure and government intervention,this paper takes the implementation effect of industrial policies for new energy vehicles as the research object,takes the concepts of the new energy vehicles industry,industrial policy and the performance evaluation of industrial policy as the core concepts.The research elucidates the significance of developing new energy automobile industry in China,and organizes the current development situation,the existing problems in its development and the current industrial policies.According to the analysis information,this research will choose relevant sample data from six representative cities for 24 months from 2017 to 2018,construct panel regression model to unveil the implementation effects of all kinds of industrial policies,that is,to explore the relationship between various industrial policies and the sales volume of new energy vehicles.According to the research results,the policies for new energy vehicles industry such as subsidies and tax exemptions are effective,and the compensation policy shall also make adjustments according to the current situation.This thesis will provide some valuable suggestions for government to establish policy,aiming to further promote the development of new energy vehicles in China.In order to maintain the sustainable development of China's new energy automobile industry,it is necessary for China's new energy vehicles industry to make timely and appropriate adjustments,for example,develop multi-policies industry,focus on D&R aspect,adjust the focus of subsidy policy,pay attention to infrastructure construction and make full use of the advantages of industrial clusters.Figure 9;Table 10;Reference 62...
